Сomposer and member of legendary trip-hop group Portishead Geoff Barrow, informed that his command will begin record new material already till the end of this summer. At the same time, the name and presumable date of release of upcoming album are still unknown.

«I will start working on new material Portishead in July and August, and I will insist on release of following album» - told musician in interview for BBC 6 Music.

Telling about the new contract with music company, Barrow noted: "We signed contract with the major leading sound recording company in the world. We trust these people, that is very important for group. We released album "Third", and this release passed improbably well. We got insignificant support in England, but we took a part in American festival Coachella, where we got an enthusiastic welcome".

Previous, third album in discography Portishead "Third" was released in 2008 on label Island Records. The plate debuted from the second position of UK Album Chart and for the first time in groups history
reached Top-10 of chart Billboard 200, taken in it seventh place.
