Legendary poet, writer, composer and rock and folk performer Leonard Cohen, informed that his new studio album will be released next year. Previous, eleventh musicians LP "Dear Heather" was released in October, 2004 on Columbia label, after Cohen devoted all the time for tour activity and spent a series worldwide performances.

- With Gods help, this album will be finished to next year spring. I am working on new material, which will include 10 or 11 tracks. One song was wrote in tour time, others – before it. This album will be inspired by creation such talented musicians as Tom Waits, Van Morrison, Bob Dylan and Judith Collins, and I hope, will have a great sound, — told vocalist in his last interview for Rolling Stone.

As before, Cohen united efforts with American composer and singer Anjani, whose took a part in record of albums "I'm Your Man", "The Future" and "Dear Heather", and with composer Sharon Robinson –old Cohen friend and co-author.
